A home staging consultation is the first step in the staging process of an occupied home.  Our goal is to provide the seller with a prioritized list of home staging projects so time is efficiently used when preparing the house for sale.

We offer a variety of consultations to suit your indiviual needs.

PRIORITY STAGING CONSULTATION ($100):

Priority Consultations focus on the priority rooms of the home (kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, and main bathroom).  Homeowners will be encouraged to apply the design techniques to the remaining rooms of the home.  This consultation is a good choice for homeowners who have an understanding of design/staging principles and whose homes are in "good condition."  

• One-hour verbal evaluation, beginning with the priority rooms
• Furniture arrangement, de-cluttering, home decor placement, and color choices
• Home freshening instructions
• Home staging check list

COMPREHENSIVE STAGING CONSULTATION ($175):

Comprehensive Consultations include an evaluation of the entire home including exterior areas.  This consultation is a good choice for homeowners who are not familiar with design or staging principles, for larger homes, or houses that may need a little more attention.

• Two-hour verbal and written evaluation of the property
• Furniture arrangement, decluttering, decor placement, color choices, and curb appeal
• Home freshening instructions
• Home staging check list
• Complementary follow-up visit

PREMIUM STAGING CONSULTATION ($275):

• Two-hour on-site staging or redesign service
• Two-hour personalized shopping service

RE-DESIGN CONSULTATIONS

Our RE-DESIGN CONSULTATIONS apply design techniques to transform your home into a desirable living space using your existing decor.  A Personalized Style Questionnaire may be used to assist you in developing the personal style of your living space.  Visit our Re-Design Page by clicking the link above for more information.  $100/hour

COLOR CONSULTATIONS

Our in-home COLOR CONSULTATIONS include a Personalized Color Questionnaire to help you identify your color palette.  For just one room or an entire house, we will coordinate a stylized color scheme to set just the right atmosphere in your home.  $100/hour

Vacant consultations

VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

We offer VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS (both staging and re-design) for properties outside of our Twin Cities service area.  For lake-side cabins up north or grandpa's farmhouse in Nebraska, we will personally guide the transformation of the property through online processes.
