Statistically, vacant homes are difficult to sell because they tend to lack emotion and style.  In photographs, unfurnished rooms do not show the depth of the space which contributes to a hard sell.

KFM Staging & Design, LLC provides vacant staging servcies with furniture rental for home owners, investors, and model properties thoughout the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.

Our contracts are run on a month-to-month basis with low renewal fees.

Our Vacant Staging Process:

1)  A bid is obtained.  Our vacant staging prices are determined by...

2)  A Staging Agreement is sent and a date is reserved.

3)  Furniture is delivered to the property.

4)  The staging project is set up, and photos are taken.

4)  Sample pictures are emailed with the invoice.  Photos are available for purchase at $10 per picture.

Home STAGING - OCCUPIED HOUSES

Our occupied staging services begin with a Comprehensive Consultation.  From the written report, a prioritized "To-Do" list is generated, outlining which services KFM will perform.

Staging your property may include all or any of the following:  de-cluttering, furniture arrangement and/or elimination, accent placement, color selection, and curb appeal.  $100/hour with minimum of two hours.
